Everything you need to place an order

To place an order, please complete and return the order form either by:
- E-mail to tania@icefantastic.co.uk;
- or By Post (see contact page for details).
Remember to add any 'Finishing Touches' to your order as well as any delivery charge (if applicable). Please note that a 50% deposit is required before any order can be confirmed. We accept payments by cheque, Paypal or cash or credit/debit card. Please indicate the method of payment on your order form.
If paying by debit/credit card or Paypal, please provide your e-mail address where indicated on the order form. We will then arrange to e-mail an invoice to you via Paypal. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice for a secure, on-line payment. A Paypal account is not required.

Order Notice:
Due to the production methods used in creating crystal clear ice, we ideally require two weeks notice for all orders (including the gift delivery service). We may be able to provide to sculpture at short notice, but please contact info@icefantastic.co.uk for stock details.
Delivery:
We deliver throughout to Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Birmingham. Delivery is free of charge within a 20 mile radius of Worcester City centre. Anything over 20 miles please contact us for a quote.
Delivery hours:
Our delivery hours are Saturday and Sunday from 8am until 10pm and Monday to Friday from 5.30pm until 10pm. Delivery outside of these hours may be possible but please contact info@icefantastic.co.uk to check availability.
